Sales Accounts Manager, Singapore

Task Lists, not limited to: 

  • Identify sales opportunities with initiatives to reach-out to customers 

  • Present sales pitch with effective communication skills 

  • Manage pricing strategy 

  • Build, maintain and grow accounts & relationships to achieve agreed sales target and outcome 

  • Resolve issues with effective interpersonal skills in managing clients and inter-department relationships 

  • Implement innovative approach to improve processes and performance continuously 

  • Discipline in updating and submitting organized reports and documentation 

 

Requirements: 

  • Min. Diploma in Engineering, IT with minimum 3 years’ experience 

  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / IT related 

  • Advantageous with 3-5 years of sales management and/or channel sales/distribution related experience 

  • Strong in PC skills such as MS Office and UBS 

  • Prefer bilingual in English and Mandarin to be able to liaise with Mandarin-speaking business associates 

  • Ability to work individually in a team environment with competency in change management 

  • Positive work attitude and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
